Acrylic Panels
Lase-R Shield, a Sperian Protection Company provides laser attenuating observation windows in two materials:
  • PVC film doped with absorbing dyes.
  • Acrylic sheets doped with absorbing dyes.

Window products are available for most all laser wavelengths; however, the level of protection will vary depending on the window material and laser wavelength being attenuated. Acrylic sheets (standard 2' X 3' & 3' X 4' panels) are approximately 1/8" thick, more rigid than PVC film and can be ordered in a variety of sizes. PVC film comes in two standard widths of 15" and 30". Virtually any length of film is available. If you require techinical assistance, we recommend contacting Lase-R Shield directly. You may also order standard sized windows on-line. Delivery may vary from stock to 6 weeks, please call for availability.
